DESERVES ZERO STARS!!! My mom was a loyal customer for years, and yesterday she went in for her usual massage and left with bruising/marks ALL OVER HER BACK. No, it was not cupping, and this was NOT supposed to happen. She went in for a massage by hand and NANCY used a tool on her that my mom did not request. Again, my mom has been getting the same massage for years and never had a tool used on her until yesterday. When you are face down on a massage table you are vulnerable and at the mercy of the massage therapist whom you hope you can trust. On the phone the owner was reluctant to offer a full refund, but when we went in person the following day, we received it. It is a gamble when you get a massage at a location without licensed massage therapist. It’s better to pay more for a professional than $80 and leave with bruising and marks all over your back. My mom is in lots of pain and in tears with how her back looks. NEVER RETURNING. DO NOT RECOMMEND NANCY. YOU LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER.
